The short version: changed your mind? If you haven't used the skins from a pack yet, you can get your money
back within 14 days. Just email us.
Unused credits: 14 days
- Within 14 days of buying a skin pack you can ask for a refund of the credits you haven't used.
- Nothing used? You get the whole price back. Used some? We refund the unused part of the pack.
- Skins you already made stay yours to use.
Failed skins are never charged
If the skin maker has a problem and can't make your skins, the credits (or your free try) go back to you automatically. You don't need to ask.
How to ask
- Email contact@minecraftskin.app from the email you paid with (a parent can do this for their child).
- Tell us roughly when you bought the pack. That's it: no forms, no questions about why.
- We send the money back to the card or wallet you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days after we reply.
Bought by mistake?
If a child bought a pack without permission, a parent can email us and we will refund the unused credits, even after 14 days where the law requires it. We would rather help than keep money that wasn't meant to be spent.
Your legal rights
This page doesn't limit any rights you have by law (for example the right to a refund if something you bought doesn't work).
